How to register
Registration takes place at the practice every day that the practice is open.
If you want to register it would help us if you come to the practice after 11.00am as mornings are our busiest time. Entering your personal details on our pre-registering online service will save you time.
Please bring with you some form of proof of address and personal ID.
If you have a medical card then please bring this with you as this helps us to obtain your previous records.
The practice does not discriminate on the grounds of race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation or appearance, disability or medical condition.
