Repeat Prescriptions

red_pills_bottlePatients that are on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions by using the slip attached to their last prescription. Simply tick the items required and forward it to the surgery.

You can fax your request on 0207 739 6906 or email us on stroutsplace@nhs.net  for your repeat request. Please make sure you explicitly provide your details including the address, valid contact number and the medication names to proceed your request on time. Insufficient or incomplete information can lead to delays in your request.

Please note we do not take the repeat request over the phone due to patient's clinical safety.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
