If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, you can call the Tower Hamlets 24 hour Crisis Line number on 0207 771 5807.  

Callers will be able to speak to a mental health professional.

 

New Patient Registration

stroutsplaceRegistration of new patients takes place at the practice on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday between 10:00 and 17:00, and on Thursday between 10:00 to 12:00.

Please bring with you the following to register:

  • Proof of ID – To confirm your identity, e.g. Passport, Driving Licence etc.
  • Proof of address, e.g. a recent utilities bill, council tax letter etc.
  • Details of your previous GP and NHS number if you were registered with another practice.

Registration is not possible without ALL of these documents. If you have a medical card, please bring this with you as this will help us obtain your previous records.

Once you have registered with practice and joined our list, you may request to see any of our GPs or nurses as required.

The practice does not discriminate on the grounds of race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation or appearance, disability or medical condition.

 

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
